Each member of our team was born and raised in the Cleveland area and are proud to call Cleveland home.  We are serious about helping other local small businesses succeed.  And we always have fun while doing it!

Jim Conley, Owner & President

Jim started Direct Connect in 1992 after working for a computer sales and service company in downtown Cleveland. Need a few lines here about your start up story/inspiration. Jim has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, starting while serving in the US Army.  At Direct Connect Jim enjoys overseeing and growing the business but has the most fun jumping in to help customers.

Sonya Conley, Operations Manager

Sonya joined Direct Connect in 1994 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations on all levels. Sonya is a natural fit for Direct Connect with a computer background dating back 20 years.  Sonya is our financial guru and a whiz with Quick Books.   On busy Help Desk days, Sonya also jumps in to take customer calls.  Her calm, professional and confident demeanor puts customers (and us!) at ease.

Ron Mullens, Lead Technician

Ron has been a member of the Direct Connect team since July 1996. Ron takes the lead on Service projects and is an expert at (fill in blank here).  What is Ron’s background?  Need few lines here.  Ron is known around these parts as the “Problem Solver” or something that emphasizes his strength.
