If you’re experiencing problems with your computer or network our technicians can connect to you remotely and get started on your issues right away.

How does it work?

1 – Call our Help Desk at 216-382-4900.

2 – We’ll tell you which icon to click below. Simply double-click on the icon and we’re in. (By double-clicking an icon you will be installing a  software utility that we co-developed on your computer, which will give us a connection to your PC.  No special hardware settings or software to install!)
